REFUNDS: We have reserved the equipment to be delivered to your vacation destination. Cancellations 10 days prior to your check-in date are subject to a refund, less a $25 administrative fee. After day of arrival, we will not offer any refunds.
PAYMENT: All advanced orders must be paid in full prior to check-in. No orders will be delivered if there is an unpaid balance and availability of equipment will not be guaranteed.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: All equipment is used at lessee’s risk. We exercise precaution in keeping our equipment in good condition. Lessee assumes all responsibility for equipment while out of possession of lessor. All equipment lost or damaged beyond repair will be paid for by lessee.
ITEMS LEFT ON THE BEACH: Equipment is to NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED on the beach overnight. Certain areas of the Outer Banks will dispose of unattended items left on the beach after sunset. Other areas will flag equipment as a reminder to owners to remove personal articles. Moneysworth takes pride in our beautiful beaches. We ask that guest do the same. Leave the beach the way you found it, if not better. Throw away all trash. Be especially mindful of plastics. Cover all holes dug in the sand. Please be considerate of others as trash, plastic, and holes can be treacherous for our Ocean Rescue Vehicles and beachcombers, and our wildlife.
Moneysworth is NOT responsible for rental items you left on the beach.
DELIVERY: We offer FREE delivery and pick up service (except 4×4 off-road area) for all weekly rental items with no minimum order amount. We strive to have all advance deliveries completed by 4:00 PM, but due to unforeseen circumstances some deliveries occur later than 4:00PM. If your items are not there by 5:00PM on your check-in day, please feel free to call our office to check on the status. We do NOT offer refunds for items being delivered late. Please contact our office ASAP if you have any equipment that is not in satisfactory condition or needs replaced during your stay. We will be glad to replace those items. 800-833-5233
EXPRESS DELIVERY: ($25.00) Delivery is guaranteed by 1:00PM on your scheduled delivery date. Requires 48 hour notification.
LOCATION OF DELIVERED ITEMS: All items are placed in the carport area of the house safe from the rain. Linens will be in black bins placed near the lowest level entry door. Baby equipment and rollaway beds will be left inside the home if access is available.
PICKUPS: Upon your departure, please ensure that all equipment (with the exception of cribs, highchairs, baby gates and rollaways) are left OUTSIDE the unit (where you found them). This includes all linens which should be placed in the black bins that they were delivered in.
WEATHER: The weather is beyond our control and we do not offer refunds for items you cannot use due to the weather. In case of a Hurricane and a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for the area you are staying – we will offer an in-store pro-rated credit for EQUIPMENT ONLY (lines excluded) based on the amount of time remaining on your rental.
